Nube Invest Ltd. currently employs 30 people, has offices in Szeged and Budapest, and several subcontractors, and carries out full-scale electrical projects nationwide, in large-scale industrial and private projects (condominiums, office buildings, hall buildings, residential buildings, etc.), based on innovative technical solutions and modern digitalization systems.

Our story

As a second generation company, our history is rooted in decades of professional experience. Zoltán Becsei, a safety and electrical engineering specialist with more than 30 years of experience, founded Nube Invest Ltd. in 2013 with a new vision.

In 2017, his son Bendegúz Becsei joined the company and the dynamic partnership has resulted in explosive growth.

We are convinced that by exploiting the potential of digitalisation and continuous improvements we can make our services even smoother and our prices even more competitive.

DélkerTÉSZ hall Szentes

In 2022, we participated in a large-scale project at DélkerTész’s plant in Szentes, where we carried out the complete electrical construction of a 10 000m2 hall building. The biggest challenge of the project was to replace the old transformer house with a new one while the existing permanent plant was in operation, as well as to replace the existing main distribution board. We also installed a new on-site main distributor.
The work was carried out without any operational downtime to the existing plant. To achieve this, 40 skilled staff worked in a coordinated manner to ensure the project was completed in full and smoothly.

CE Glass Industries expanded in three independent projects

Description of projects:
1 :Security cameras: the interesting thing about this project was that we had to install a system of 120 cameras with the minimum of disruption to the factory and office operations, while respecting the health and safety rules.
2: Fire alarm system (northern extension): 100+ end-point fire alarm systems were developed and integrated into the existing operational system
3: Fire alarm system (southern extension): 94 endpoint fire alarm systems were installed and integrated into the existing operational system

CAOLA INDUSTRIAL PARK

The 4000 sqm production hall and office is the largest

BalatonPart CIRCUIT

This racetrack was built with today’s latest technology and the highest level of safety at a cost of around €200,000 million budget.

Here we have carried out the track construction around the racetrack, both in terms of power and DC. Other tasks included track lighting and the construction of referee posts.

Contitech Rubber Industrial Kft.

For the past 3 years, our company has been responsible for the maintenance of the electrical systems and the implementation of the majority of the investments at the Continental site and factory in Szeged. We have carried out comprehensive Contact Protection measurements, during which we have also identified faults and deficiencies in the systems. In addition, we have carried out the refurbishment and rebuilding of several complete distribution systems, and have undertaken the repair of underground feeder cable damage and the restoration of damaged candelabra.

Szeged Harmónia Residence

During our project we worked directly with the investor, which allowed him to avoid the general contractor’s margin. The construction project resulted in 66 apartments, garages and a swimming pool. We undertook a full range of strong and weak current finishes throughout the building.

This both ensured consistent and reliable operation and gave the investor the opportunity to work with a single team of professionals throughout the project. As a result, the building has a coordinated and efficient system that provides a high quality and reliable service to the building’s occupants

Millennium Gardens Kész Ltd. BIM design office

In the Millennium Gardens office building, our company undertook the design and implementation of the strong and weak current systems in the office of the BIM design team of Kész Ltd. Particular attention was paid to the design of the IT network, which was designed and installed using high quality and reliable solutions. The resulting system ensures smooth and efficient office operations and contributes to the successful operation of the office building as a whole.

Renovation of MOL petrol stations

These projects are extremely challenging for us, as we are renovating up to 3-4 stations at a time. During the works, we have to move the entire IT and security infrastructure out of the petrol station into a container and then move it back to its original location once the refurbishment is complete. It is important that the service station is up and running smoothly, so we only have 1 to 1 day to move in and out.

Of course, we can also take care of electrical and safety renovations at the pumps. All work is carried out to strict specifications and all our staff have a specific EBK test to ensure we can work safely in this environment. To ensure our customers’ satisfaction, all our workers meet this requirement.

MOL sites/refineries

Our clients include large companies with refineries on their sites, and we provide full safety and power maintenance services. One of our most important and active sites is MOL’s Algyő refinery, one of the oldest of MOL’s refineries. However, in order to be able to work safely at MOL’s sites, all our employees must have the EBK exam. Our company performs this type of service at many refineries and we always work to the highest standards and strict regulations.

Szeged Rókusi Primary School

We participated in the complete strong and weak current renovation of one of the largest primary schools in Szeged. What made the project special was that we carried out the entire work in a functioning school, so we made sure that the children’s learning was disrupted as little as possible. Work was progressed on a unit-by-unit and classroom-by-classroom basis to ensure a safe and undisturbed environment for all. Our work has ensured that the school provides a modern and safe environment for students and teachers.

Rossman shops

We regularly carry out full heavy and light current installations in newly opened Rossmann stores. Such projects are carried out under strict rules and have very short deadlines. The store handover events are subject to fixed dates, so no overruns are allowed. In the work we carry out, we take care to ensure that every detail is completed with precision and to provide the client with the best possible quality. Our relationship with satisfied clients is long term and we do our utmost to ensure that business openings go smoothly.

Correctional institutions

A particular feature of the project was the need to install and replace the entire camera, alarm and access control systems in existing prisons, while ensuring the continued operation of the existing systems. This was a particularly critical aspect due to the nature of the facility.

During the project, we subjected our company and all of our employees to rigorous vetting to ensure we had the space to work. This challenge was successfully met. It is important to emphasise that when the new system was commissioned, the old one was shut down at the same time to ensure smooth operation.
